from avs.io, live weather and currency from
Open-Meteo and ExchangeRate-API.
The buy / wait call is from a quantile gradient-boosting model trained on each route's own price history (heuristic
fallback while history is thin). Informational only — confirm the live fare before booking. Open data is in data/.
